Got Vino? The Hill Wine Walk does, so come join us!

On Saturday, May 19 from 1-5 p.m., The Hill will host our first Wine Walk!

For just $25 a person, you will receive 26 sample tastings of wine from 13 different locations - or two per stop, a wine bag filled with a souvenir wine glass, map, wine info, and discounts from many participating locations.

HBA Members Making News!

We're not the only ones who know members of The Hill Business Association make waves!

Happy 15th Birthday to The Hill Business Association!

It may seem like only yesterday but The Hill Business Association is 15 years old!

Members celebrated the milestone March 12 at Oliva with a trip down memory lane provided by past HBA President Rich LoRusso.

"We are the envy of all the other organizations in the City!" LoRusso pronounced.

LoRusso recalled the efforts of the original HBA and cited its increasing efforts to market the historic Italian-American community's businesses. The HBA's efforts have included the erection of a monument marking the entrance to The Hill, beautification projects, and the creation and expansion of Internet marketing efforts including the HBA Web site and Facebook presence.

The association also coordinates and masterminded the original release of brochures for visitors to The Hill neighborhood. The brochures, LoRusso noted, are among the most requested by tourists enjoying St. Louis hospitality.

HBA-sponsored events that have gained regional acclaim include Party in the Park as well as last year's Columbus Day parade, the largest in Hill history.

"The HBA has become an effective voice here for this business community."
